Medium red. More vibrant, purer aromas of cherry, raspberry, licorice, flowers and mint. Enticing red fruit flavors are pure and juicy. Shows more texture and density than the Volnays and builds nicely on the back end. Very firm but pliant wine.

Full red. Bright, fruit-driven aromas of cherry and minerals. Dense, bright and firm, with complex notes of bitter chocolate, smoke, game and earth. Finishes firmly tannic and a tad dry, with good sneaky persistence.
