The 2019 Chardonnay Mays Canyon comes from vines planted in 1993 and farmed using organic and biodynamic methods. It offers pure scents of quince and golden apple, with tones of honeycomb, flint, roasted almonds, crème fraîche and lemon peel. The medium-bodied palate is satiny and seamlessly fresh, expanding across the palate with dynamic character, segueing from shimmery mineral to savory honey tones, and it finishes with fantastic persistence. 225 cases were made.

Bright saline notes, white flowers, lemon peel and white pepper lend striking aromatic brilliance to this taut, sculpted Chardonnay. In 2019, the Mays Canyon Chardonnay is positively shining.
