Score 88/100 · Drink 2023-2028, Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous, Mar 2024
The light- to medium-bodied 2021 Cornas blends fruit from 15 different parcels within the appellation. Displaying shy red fruits with earthy shadings and leafy subtleties, the 2021 is gently supported by low levels of smooth tannins. Fruit-driven and refreshing, it should drink well over the next four years.

The 2021 Cornas showed amazingly well, and it brings more ripeness and texture than just about every other Cornas out there. Ripe blackberries, mulberries, spicy herbs, and earth all emerge on the nose, and it's medium-bodied, with terrific mid-palate depth and ripe tannins. This cuvée comes from a mix of terroirs and will spend 14 months in used barrels.
