Tasting notes
The 2015 Pinot Noir Rochioli Riverblock Vineyard has a big, stemmy, yet beautifully fruited bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, smoked herbs, and graphite. Hitting the palate with a silky, elegant, seamless profile, this is classic, high-quality Russian River Pinot Noir that's going to benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and cruise for a decade. This cuvée was fermented with 22% whole clusters and spent 17 months in 74% new French oak.

The 2015 Pinot Noir Rochioli Riverblock Vineyard is medium ruby-purple in color with expressive notes of warm cranberries, red cherries and rhubarb pie with touches of bay leaves, lavender and tilled soil. Medium-bodied with a racy line cutting through the intense red fruit and herbal layers, it has a soft, silken frame and a long, earth-laced finish. 553 cases produced.
