Tasting notes
Deep ruby. Rounded, medium to full-bodied fruit balanced by fresh acidity. Still very young and yet really to bloom. (MH)

100% Gamay. Harvested 6 September. Whole-bunch, semi-carbonic maceration and fermentation for 12 days. Aged for eight months in concrete vats. Bottled in July 2021. RS 0.5 g/l, TA 4 g/l, pH 3.4. Total SO 2 50 mg/l, free SO 2 15 mg/l. Good freshness and energy with a minerally undertow. Firm finish promises well for the future. GV (JR)
The intensity of the forest-berry fruit on the nose must be experienced to be believed! And when you look closer, there are also notes of bitter chocolate and dried sage. On the sleek and super-focused palate, the fruit doesnât let up and is married to a delicate mineral note that gives this so much energy at the supernaturally refreshing finish. Drink or hold.
