Tasting notes
The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet La Boudriotte 1er Cru has a very seductive bouquet. Touches of candy floss, orange zest and French patisserie do not obscure the terroir expression. The palate is well balanced with a tangy, marmalade-tinged entry, one of the more saline expressions of the vintage. Fine definition on the quite strict finish. Excellent.

(from Les Chaumes). Once again there is a minty character on the earthier aromas of petrol nuanced white and yellow orchard fruit, especially white peach. There is fine mid-palate density and volume to the medium-bodied flavors that exhibit solid depth and persistence on the balanced and moderately structured finale. This possesses good development potential for those who like mature white burgundies. 90-92
