Tasting notes
Boillot's 2021 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is bright and nicely lifted, with lovely red berry fruit character and attractive floral notes that contribute to its airy personality. Bright acids on the finish are a reminder this is the 2021 vintage. Even so, I very much like the energy here. - Antonio Galloni

Notes of minty berries and licorice preface the 2021 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, a medium-bodied, bright and delicate red that will drink well on release.
About the producer

Based in Meursault and farming some of the finest vineyards in the Côte de Beaune, Henri Boillot is a leading address in Burgundy. He crafts fine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but the estate is best known for its flagship monopole vineyard, Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos de la Mouchère.
