Tasting notes
Full medium red. Sexy aromas of wild red berries, crushed rock, licorice, chestnut and minerals, plus an intriguing suggestion of white fruits. Very ripe but juicy, precise and backward, showing superb inner-mouth tension to its flavors of maraschino cherry, red berries and mint. The broad finish features noble tannins.

Purplish crimson. Gorgeously scented with dark-red fruit and a delicate note of violets. Intoxicating before you even put it in your mouth. Dark and refined but with a perfume on the mid palate to show the future fragrance. (JH)
Good deep red. Penetrating, Bonnes-Mares-like aromas of blood orange, epices fines, pepper and rust show convey soil character and a medicinal reserve. Equally piercing on the palate, showing a light touch and outstanding inner-mouth tension to the flavors of crushed, slightly tart red berries. Rich in extract and very long on the echoing, dry, firmly tannic finish, which displays chewy minerality. Not an easy wine but offers exciting potential.
