Good bright red. Redcurrant liqueur and a note of caramel on the nose, with lovely floral lift for the vintage. Very ripe, sweet and broad, with flavors of redcurrant syrup and mocha. Finishes with substantial, building, dusty tannins.
Full, deep red. Liqueur-like aromas of red fruits, licorice, camphor and herbs, with mineral and mace notes. Dense and sweet but fresh, with excellent material. But quite closed and serious, finishing with solid tannic clout and excellent length.
