2021 Taganan Blanco

Listán Blanco represents 50% to 60% of the volume in the 2021 Táganan Blanco, and I found a very strong varietal character in the nose. This is spicy with notes of clove, dry flowers and chamomile, and it has a very lively palate with very high acidity coupled with very good volume. 3,200 bottles were filled in July 2022.
