Score 90-92/100 · Allen Meadows, Burghound, Apr 2019
A more elegant and slightly fresher nose features the essence of red currant and newly turned earth along with a pretty spice element. The sleek and delicious medium weight flavors are shaped by slightly more refined tannins that are a bit firmer as well on the nicely persistent finish. This too should drink well after only a few years while repaying up to a decade of cellaring.
