The 2021 Saint-Véran Lieu (Inter)dit shows a reduction on the nose, but the precision still manages to shine through. The palate is taut and fresh with plenty of lime and orange pith notes and a good body on the finish. Not amazingly complex, yet there is very commendable weight and presence given the growing season. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting.

One of the range's standouts, the 2021 Saint-Véran Lieu (Inter)dit delivers aromas of citrus oil, pear, white flowers and fresh bread, followed by a medium to full-bodied, seamless and textural palate that's ample and enveloping, underpinned by racy acids.
