Tasting notes
Old vines in the Clos des Capucins east of the house picked late September. RS 6 g/l. Very mellow Riesling nose with real generosity. Nicely mineral finish. Great balance. You could drink this before or with food. Lovely already. Bright fruit. (JR)

Chalky citrus with an unexpected roundness – both gentle and refreshing at the same time. Relatively straightforward in youth but should become more nuanced with a bit longer in bottle. (JH)
The 2017 Alsace Riesling Cuvée Theo is from the Clos and from young vines in the Grand Cru Schlossberg. The 2017 offers a nose of lime blossom and is intense and fresh but structured on the palate, with a long and intense finish with good salinity. Tasted October 2018.
