Tasting notes
A lovely bouquet of citrus, peach and white flowers all build in the glass. The palate is taut and limey, but also offers a waxy roundness and chalky finish. Zesty and fresh, this blend of 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Semillon is well worth seeking out.

The 2022 Pagodes de Cos Blanc reveals a delicately reduced bouquet of white fruits, confit citrus, lemon blossoms and boxwood. Moderately weighted and layered, it's satiny and round with an incisive mid-palate that leads to a finish defined by a crisp Sauvignon Blanc profile.
Looking at the two whites from this great address, the 2022 Pagodes De Cos Blanc is based on 57% Sauvignon Blanc and 43% Semillon. Crushed citrus, honeyed mint, tropical fruits, and a salty, seashell-like sense of minerality all emerge from this beauty, and it's medium-bodied, with a bright, vibrant mouthfeel, clean acidity, and a great finish.
