Tasting notes
A 100% Merlot Pomerol, the 2022 Château Plincette is impressive, featuring blackcurrants, leafy herbs, chocolate, and loamy earth. Medium to full-bodied, round, and supple, it has good complexity, ripe tannins, and plenty to love. Aged in oak barrels, this should evolve nicely for 15+ years.

The 2022 Plincette has a simple blackberry, mulberry and earthy nose, with touches of potpourri emerging with time in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with a decently fresh finish and pliant tannins. It's a little oaky on the finish, but that should be integrated with time in the bottle. Enjoy this over the next decade.
The 2022 Plincette is a soft, supple Pomerol, bursting with aromas of minty blackberries, licorice, spices and petals. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it will drink well young.
The 2022 Plincette is a soft, fruity Pomerol to drink now and over the next decade or so. Dark-toned fruit, new leather, licorice, mocha and cloves all meld together. Supple tannins wrap it all together in style.
