The 2022 Reynon offers a clean, fresh bouquet, quite floral and perfumed with blackcurrant and blueberry scents. The medium-bodied palate has grainy tannins and fresh acidity, remaining taut and focused with a structured bell-pepper-tinged finish. Sapid and well crafted, this comes recommended.
Baked plum, damson, intense but enjoyable, carefully extracted brambled fruits with heavy spice. This keeps its balance, and it has the confidence to carry things through. You are getting a lot of impact for your money here. Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu owner and winemaker.
The 2022 Reynon is laced with crushed red berries, mint, cinnamon and a touch of orange peel. Aromatic and pliant, this mid-weight red from the Dubourdieu family will make a fine everyday drinker. It remains one of the very finest values in the world of wine.
