Lots of honeyed orange, spice, and floral notes, as well as some spicy wood, emerge from the 2022 Château Nairac, a medium to full-bodied, richly textured, concentrated Barsac that stays nicely balanced and enjoyable.
Concentrated and rather viscous with honeyed quince, smoked herbs, citrus, white mushrooms and beeswax. A touch of flint too. Quite intense and sweet but balanced with enough acidity and phenolic freshness. Complex, full and long in the finish. Drink or hold.
An outstanding sweet wine, the 2022 Château Nairac is rich and layered, exhibiting honeyed orange, spice, and floral notes. Creamy and full-bodied, it has a vibrant mouthfeel and outstanding length. It should drink well for 15+ years.
