Lots of crunchy red and blue fruits, leafy herbs, chocolate, and earth nuances emerge from the 2018 Les Tours De Laroque. Medium-bodied, it has a nicely concentrated, elegant texture, integrated acidity, and a great finish. This vibrant, fresh, yet concentrated second wine will benefit from just short-term bottle age and keep for a decade.
The 2018 Les Tours de Laroque is fresh, fruity and supple, all of which make it a terrific choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. This tasty second wine from Laroque is all charm.
Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, the 2018 Les Tours de Laroque features open-knit scents of juicy red and black plums, mulberries and black raspberries with wafts of potpourri and spice cake. The medium to full-bodied palate is soft, refreshing and ready for business, sporting loads of red and blackberry flavors and finishing with a spicy kick. This is a blend of 96% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc, coming in at 14.35% alcohol and a pH of 3.57.
