Tasting notes
A subtle, sanguine thread of iron and grilled meat winds through the crushed mulberry and black cherry fruit flavors on display in this fresh, focused red. Sculpted and well-knit, integrating taut, chalky tannins and fragrant accents of tobacco, milled pepper and espresso. Best from 2025 through 2034.

At first, meaty and savory on the nose, with aromas of soiI, pepper and underbrush, and then delicately floral and fruity, with cherries and rose petals. The palate leans entirely into the indulgently juicy and sweet, with more black cherries, blackberries and a vanilla-chocolate-cherry finish, like an adult ice cream sundae. Approachable now, but better in 10 years.
This terrific Aglianico rivals the best expressions from Campania and Basilicata. Seductive aromas of red roses and dark cherries mingle with roasted coffee, botanical herbs and leather, anticipating a broad and velvety mouthfeel calibrated by zingy minerals and pinpoint tannins. It combines Apulian exuberance with varietal raciness.
Rich and layered with berries, spice, and chalk. Medium body. Juicy and flavorful. An earthy and attractive character to this. Drink or hold.
