Score 89/100 · Drink 2021-2031, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jul 2022
The 2020 Petit Chablis opens in the glass with aromas of crisp green orchard fruit, white flowers and oyster shell. Medium-bodied, satiny and elegant, it's a bright, precise wine with a long, saline finish. Like his Bourgogne Tonnerre, it's one of the sleepers in Piuze's portfolio this year.

Score 86/100 · Drink 2022-2028, Neal Martin, Oct 2021
The 2020 Petit Chablis comes mostly (95%) from the La Petit Preuses lieu-dit , which, unlike the rest of Petit Chablis, lies on Kimmeridigian soils. The gentle nose reveals touches of white chocolate but lacks a little thrust at the moment. The palate is well-defined, clean and pure, with crisp acidity and flavors of citrus fruit and orange zest, but needs a bit more complexity on the finish.
