Aromas of freshly baked bread, citrus zest, linden and orange blossom preface Picq's 2020 Chablis, a medium-bodied, bright and charming wine that's lively and precise, with tangy acids and a saline finish. It's a charming young wine that's already drinking well.

The 2020 Chablis Village, which Didier Picq blended from several vats, shows a little reduction that cannot obscure the intense fruit behind it. The palate is more expressive, delivering fine depth and grip. A slightly herbaceous, earthy Chablis Village with grass clippings and apple peel on the finish. Fine.
