2014 Old Vines Grenache Romas Vineyard

Tasting notes
The 2014 Romas Grenache has a lifted, exotic spice note on the nose, and the fruit on the palate is all red and purple fruit. This is an unusual release of Romas Grenache perhaps, but we have also wandered into the territory of very young wines that are not developing much age complexity yet. The tannins haven't ameliorated into the fruit at this stage. It is very firm. Sealed under natural cork, poured from a 750-milliliter bottle.
