The Macallan’s Whisky Mastery Team has drawn from the Speyside distillery’s vast, maturing library to produce this Rare Cask 2021 expression. Only those which exhibited the distinctive raisin flavour and rich, velvety smooth Sherry characteristics were deemed worthy of marrying together for this single malt.

As the name suggests, this non-vintage single malt was crafted from the finest rare and distinctive casks in The Macallan’s enviable cask library. It is rich and smooth with delightful dried fruit notes.
