Tasting notes
The 2016 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru is surprisingly rather muted on the nose: quite earthy. After the 2017, it needs more fruit. The palate is marked by sour lemon and lime, rather harmonious with moderate depth, I find it a bit "fishy" and very saline on the finish. Good, but the 2017 is better.

Not much nose but real substance on the palate. Discreet for the moment. (JR)
