Tasting notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Round Pond Vineyard is dense, powerful and savory. Dried herbs, tobacco, menthol, licorice and cedar lend quite a bit of aromatic nuance and overall complexity in this deep, flavorful mid-weight Cabernet.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Round Pond Vineyard offers more red and black currants, toasted spice, and leafy herb notes in an up-front, lush, sexy, incredibly charming package. It too is impossible to resist yet should evolve for 10-12 years with no issues.
Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Round Pond Vineyard is deep garnet-purple in color, giving up notes of baked blackberries, black cherry cordial and blackcurrant jelly, plus suggestions of unsmoked cigars, dusty soil and cardamom. Medium to full-bodied with lovely freshness and a soft texture, it finishes long and earthy.
