Tasting notes
The 2018 Malbec Vinculum is a blend of Rebón and Touza that spent 18 months aging in 37% new barrels, 15% in whole bunches. Violet in hue, the nose offers beeswax, floral notes and hawthorn with balsamic aromas, dark and dried fruit and almonds. The palate is refined with a juicy texture, good volume and a velvety feel while the lengthy finish delivers precise fruit flavors followed by a bold aftertaste. A measured style that acts as a bridge between the winery’s old and new styles.
