It's a rich, concentrated, yet already complex beauty to drink over the coming 10-15 years.

The 2017 Pinot Noir Selleck Vineyard is deep, layered and expansive. Bright red cherry, mint, pine and rose petal give the Selleck striking brightness and tons of energy. Medium in body, translucent, with tons of detail, the 2017 is an absolute winner. I would give it a few years to come together. There is so much to look forward to. This south-facing site is the smallest on the ranch and often produces a Pinot of real distinction, as is the case once again in 2017.
Pale to medium ruby, the 2017 Pinot Noir Selleck Vineyard, aged 17 months in 30% new French oak, has aromas of gravel dust, Bing cherries, underbrush, dried leaves and peppered salami with hints of dried flowers, potpourri and amaro. Light to medium-bodied, it has great spice and earth layers with a firm, grainy frame and mouthwatering freshness, finishing long. 306 cases were made.
