Score 87-89/100 · Drink 2021-2027, Neal Martin, Jan 2020

There are nine barrels of the 2018 Meursault Village from Narvaux and Les Grands Charron, matured in 50% new oak. This has quite an intense bouquet, with scents of white chocolate and almond infusing the nicely controlled tropical aromas. The palate is slightly buttery on the entry, but there is good acidity and a light ginger-tinged finish. Fine.
