Bottled end September. Fermented and aged in demi-muids. Important wine for them in terms of volume. ‘The best Bourgogne Blanc I have made’, says Nicolas Potel. Creamy lemon aroma. Touch of spice and clementine. Rich on the palate, full-bodied and generous but still fresh. Creamy, fresh and spicy. (JH)
