Score 93/100 · Drink 2020-2026, Erin Brooks, Wine Advocate, Feb 2020

The 2016 Pinot Noir Jensen Vineyard, aged 17 months in 30% new French oak, has a pale to medium ruby color and is slow to unfurl on the nose, with tangerine, dried cranberries, wild blackberries, dried thyme, underbrush and hints of peppered meats coming through over time. Medium-bodied and silky, it unfurls in the mouth to amaro character, firmly framed and finishing long and fresh. 1,000 cases produced.

Score 88/100 · Drink 2019-2026, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Oct 2019

The 2016 Pinot Noir Jensen Vineyard is a soft, fruity wine to drink now and over the next handful of years. The 2016 offers good up-front appeal, with lovely brightness to the sweet red cherry, berry and floral flavors. Some of its persistence tails off on the finish.
