The 2015 Lirac is more extracted and chewy than the charming Côtes du Rhône, with a full-bodied feel on the palate and some tough tannins on the finish. Black cherries, espresso and cinnamon notes all show up in this blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Syrah and 15% Cinsault.

Unoaked lighter version with Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. Already some evolution on the rim. Very broad and winning on the nose already. Just a little severe on the end with marked acidity and tannins. (JR)
