The 2013 Etna Rosso 'A Rina shows a light garnet appearance with pretty ruby highlights. In 2013, the color of many Etna red wines is not as vibrant or saturated as you find in the 2014 vintage. This is a delicate and feminine expression with pretty berry nuances backed by spice, barbecue smoke and crushed mineral. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky but not as concentrated as past editions of this wine.
