The 2013 Nuits Saint Georges les Vignerondes has a rounded and even at this early stage, generous bouquet with dark plum and mulberry scents, wild hedgerow and a touch of mushroom. The palate is soft on the entry, plenty of "rondeur" here with a sensual, caressing dark plum and wild strawberry finish that lingers long in the mouth. This will be very tempting in its youth.
Pretty and very fruity. So direct and friendly! Anyone would enjoy this immediately. Firm and fruity Presumably it will close up after bottling but it’s really exuberant. (JR)
