The 2011 Pouilly-Fuissé Les Hauts des Croux is drinking brilliantly at age 10 in this forward, fleshy Mâconnais vintage that has tempered some of the structure of which this lieu-dit is capable. Offering up aromas of honeyed pear, peach, citrus oil, white flowers and buttery pastry, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and enveloping, with terrific depth at the core, racy acids and a long, saline finish.
