2017 Cotes de Provence Les Infirmieres

An incredible white from Provence, the 2017 Côtes de Provence Collection Les Infirmières Blanc (100% Clairette) offers a powerful, rich and full-bodied style as well as awesome notes of white peaches, honeysuckle, white flowers, and brioche. This vineyard selection was brought up all in demi-muids and is certainly the finest white I’ve ever tasted from the region. Located in Provence, the Château des Ferrages releases are made by the team at Chapoutier. While they fall outside the purview of this report, the quality is incredibly high, and I’m thrilled to be able to recommend them here.
