(these very old, millerandé vines were hit by frost in 2016, producing just 28 hectoliters per hectare, according to Cournut): Bright light yellow. Slightly reduced aromas of musky citrus fruits and white peach. Densely packed, dry and backward, with its intense lemon and white peach flavors given added focus and thrust by mineral-driven acidity. Finishes with excellent lemony grip. This laid-back wine is technically not high in acidity but it appears to possess the material to reward cellaring.

Pale yellow. Slightly exotic high tones to the aromas and flavors of white peach and citrus fruits. Dense, juicy and essentially gentle, showing lovely sweetness but not the normal sappiness or grip of this cuvée . Still, this boasts lovely fruit and very good persistence.
