2015 Chinon Coteau de Noire

The 2015 Côteau de Noiré comes from warmer season that shows a gorgeous amount of ripe fruit without becoming opulent. It's so seductive and charming, and while it's ripe it still retains its freshness. There's a touch of alcoholic heat on the finish which slightly detracts from the length, but it's still wonderfully complex, long and only just starting to turn on the savoury charm while retaining its delightful raspberry primary fruit.
