Cooked apple stew, fine acidic spine and fleshy, ripe body giving plenty of substance. Some nutty complexity as well as that classic mineral streak. (RH)

The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet Clos du Château has a light fresh lime and apple peel nose. The palate is fresh, almost shrill on the entry with attacking acidity. This is a bright, piercing Puligny with a touch of sour lemon on the finish. It should calm down once in bottle.
