Tasting notes
Offering up aromas of sweet red berries, forest floor, licorice and rose petals, the 2015 Bourgogne Rouge is medium-bodied, pure and satiny, with succulent acids, a sappy core of fruit and melting tannins. Gourmand but lively, it's especially good this year, reflecting the quality of the vintage.

About the producer

Domaine Michel Gaunoux is today run by Michel’s grandchildren, Anne and Alexandre, with a guiding hand from their mother. Everything here is extremely traditional, and the family has been quietly making rich, complex and age-worthy Pommard and Corton for over half a century.
