2012 Sauvignon Voglar

The 2012 Voglar (Sauvignon) is rich, voluptuous and textured, but not at all excessively heavy. Scents of almond, chamomile, dried flowers and sage add shades of nuance. In 2012, the Voglar is all about textural resonance, which makes the wine a bit more approachable young than in more energetic, vibrant vintages such as 2010. As always, Voglar remains one of the most distinctive Alto Adige whites.
