Tasting notes
The 2015 Château de Tailhas, from vines located in the corner of Pomerol, has simple red cherry and cassis fruit on the nose that needs more delineation. The palate is better with fine, quite tensile tannin and nicely judged acidity. It finishes with style, but the aromatics need to develop more complexity by the time this Pomerol is bottled.
