Tasting notes
Musky aromas of vineyard peach, wild mushroom and stony minerality. Brisk stone fruit and mineral flavors show good power and thrust. Lovely grain and density here, and strong saline minerality. Finishes with slow-building lemony persistence.

2 ha on four parcels of white stones with very poor soils. Seems a bit light after the Enseignères! Fresh and round. Just a little slacker than the Enseignères and with a little sweetness. Much loved by Bourgogne d’Aujourd’hui! (JR)
Pale yellow-green. Perfumed aromas and flavors of lime, mint, flint and crushed rock. Bright and fresh in the mouth, showing good cut and precision. Sound acidity gives thrust to the dusty finish, which leaves behind a minty nuance.
