Tasting notes
Dry and savoury on the nose. Mid weight and sleek. Lots of lemon and very dry. Perhaps just a little lack of juice. A chiselled wine with a rather dry finish. (JR)

The 2013 Meursault 1er Cru Santenots has an attractive bouquet with scents of pink grapefruit, mango and lemon thyme that gain intensity in the glass. The palate is very well balanced, smooth and slightly honeyed in the mouth, segueing into a tender grapefruit and orange zest finish that leaves the tongue tingling in its wake. This is a not a voluptuous Santenets – this is more linear and focused. I like this...stylish!
