Tasting notes
Pale garnet. Rather sweet and simple but flattering in a beetrooty way. Dry finish with a hint of mushrooms. (JR)

Mid ruby. Hint of decay on the nose. Sweet start. Lots of chew. Refined with lovely texture. Real vibrancy. The merest hint of black coffee but very slight. Easy to like. (JR)
Flinty reduction, beautiful red fruit, stemmy finish with great herbal lift. Gentle but insistent in style. (RH)
Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2013 Pinot Noir opens with quite a funky nose with yeasty/marmite notes plus an undercurrent of aged meat, violets and earth/forest floor. Medium-bodied, it gives great concentration on the palate supported by a medium level of grainy tannins and offering a certain minerality in the long savory finish.
