The 2011 Barolo opens to a dark color and medium concentration. The wine presents aromas that are sweet and balsamic in character, with cherry, rosemary oil and cola. The intensity is noteworthy, and the wine leaves a deep impression in the mouth. You can feel it for many long minutes, thanks to its menthol freshness.

Slightly greyish ruby. Sweet, meaty nose – quite evolved. Lovely combination of freshness and ripeness, with fine tannins hovering in the background. Dry finish. (JR)
Sweet red cherries, plums, tobacco, spices, crushed flowers and licorice waft from the glass in Brezza's 2011 Barolo, a pretty wine built on grace. The mid-weight finish is quite attractive, partly because the contours are a bit softer than is typically the case, which is not a bad thing for a wine meant to be enjoyed on the young side.
Crushed flowers, sweet red berries, tobacco, spices and mint are all laced together in Brezza's 2011 Barolo. Soft, textured and very pretty, the 2011 should drink well pretty much right out of the gate.
