Tasting notes
Mid crimson. Really beautifully balanced. Nothing out of place. Absolutely classic claret. Arguably more acid than tannin. But polished and refined. (JR)

The 2014 Connetable de Talbot is an attractive, open-knit Saint-Julien to drink now and over the next few years, while the red stone fruit and floral notes remain fresh. Silky tannins add to the wine's considerable near-term appeal. This is a very nice second wine.
The 2014 Connetable de Talbot is soft, silky and very pretty. Freshly cut flowers, sweet red berries and mint are some of the notes that emerge on the silky finish. This is a lovely second wine from Talbot.
