Score 16.5/20 · Drink 2010-2018, Julia Harding MW, jancisrobinson.com, Oct 2016
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot. Cru bourgeois. Mid garnet with brick rim. Invitingly complex aroma that retains some dark fruit but merges into undergrowth, cedar and classic cigar-box spice, hint of coffee. Fine, dry texture, almost chalky tannins, well balanced by the fruit depth. Good to find this level of maturity at such a reasonable price and just right for drinking now. Though I wouldn't keep it for too much longer. (JH)

Light and some green underripeness on the nose although the palate is sweet. Tannins obtrude on the finish. (JR)
