Score 82/100 · Drink 1998-2002, Robert Parker, Apr 2000
A perfectly reasonable 1997. Slightly shallow nose. A medium-bodied, balanced palate. Not deep of course, but pleasant crunchy black fruits. Good early drinking. Tasted March 2001. (No tasting note was provided in Issue 128. We have instead included the text of the tasting note from the 2000 Neal Martin’s Wine Journal)
