Very pure, steely, spicy aromas of lemon, lime, apple and mint. Precise and pure, with penetrating limey acidity giving it superb cut. Offers a compelling interplay of sheer sweetness of fruit and mineral acids. But comes across as adamantly dry owing to a distinctly saline quality and finishing tannins. A wine of great purity and length.
