Tasting notes
I am an enthusiastic fan of the wines of Le Tertre-Roteboeuf, but even this fanatically run property failed to triumph over the unkind hand dealt by Mother Nature in September, 1992. This light-bodied, soft, spicy, weedy, and diluted wine should be drunk up over the next 2-3 years. It is low in acidity and lacking depth. Le Tertre-Roteboeuf fans will be delighted to hear that the exceptional 1993 is a return to the glorious style evidenced by this estate in 1988, 1989, and 1990.
